Can I order other Language fonts ?
Besides english fonts, you can order almost 40 types of language fonts
there, you can find this option on each jewelry page. This option depends on the design conditions of jewelry.

How long do orders take ?
We
need almost 3 weeks to make your unique jewelrys plus typically take 1 week
shipping time, there are total 4 weeks to reach their final destination.
It is still wise to order early for your best chances of excellent service
and selection. Don't hesitate, order now.

How do I find my Ring Size ?
You
can refer to our ring size table, but it is better if you can either try
on rings of known size or go to a jeweler and get your size from his finger
gauge. The correct size will be the ring that is the smallest you can
comfortably get on and off. Wider rings have more surface and therefore
more friction and will need to be slightly larger for a comfortable fit.

Can I order ring in 1/4 sizes ?
All ready made rings come in standard whole or half sizes. If you order a personalized name ring, you can special order as 1/4 size,
you can remark us at "Comments About Your Order" when you checkout.

How much does shipping cost ?
Our
shipping charge is fixed at $5 per package, no matter how many items you
purchase or your location around the globe.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping ?

there are any issues with a shipment, please contact our Customer support
