if purchased for ourselves, has to provide a gift satisfaction.
Returning
Merchandise to Name-Ring.com

merchandise is fully guaranteed by Name-Ring.com. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days from
the receipt of shipment in the original packaging. Return processed via
mail only. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Returned payment
or credit will be issued upon receipt of returned item to Name-Ring.com
,LESS a 30% restocking fee.
All
personalized Jewelrys, including Name Ring, Name Wedding Bands,
and all Customized, special order, worn, sized or otherwise used jewelry
are not returnable. If the product is found to be defective in materials
or workmanship, or if it needs to be replaced, we will do so with the
same product replacement. There is no restocking
fee to replace defective jewelry.
